    For everyone working

Try to apply this coverage across the board. Government employees and the poor saps that pay the cost of having these employees. This proposed legislation would be laughed out the back door.

    More welfare please

I can see it all now, a teacher gets assaulted and could return to within a week or two but says to himself, why not take a little time off. If I complain about the old back no one can prove otherwise and I get paid full benifits. How about we replace this idea with with an employee funded insurance policy that is good for six months and is available to all state employees, especially emergency services personnel which are more likely to be legitamately injured on the job do to assault. As for the students doing the crime, if they want to play rough then send them to prison. Yes, I do mean 14 year olds.
