    Are you kidding me?

What in the world are you thinking? We need serial numbers on morons like you.

    You are a moron

Kathy Stein, You must be the dumbest legislator we have in Frankfort. Thank you.

    Constitutionality

I sent an email to Ms. Stein asking for an explanation as to the constitutionality of this law. Needless to say, I don't expect to receive a reply.

    That's Funny.

Surely this is a joke... it has to be. It's ludicrous, even by Frankfort standards.

    liberal insanity

Keep in mind folks, this is the same kook that has been blocking pro-2nd Amendment rights bills. If you have any doubts whatsoever about her hatred for gun owners, guns, and the 2nd Amendment, then check out her voting record.

You have to be the most ignorant Rep. in Frankfort Ms Stein! You are stepping on our rights. Do you have any idea how many people hunt and shoot in Kentucky? You need to be voted out of office for even thinking up such a stupid bill like this!

    Illegal immigrants need serial numbers!

Ms. Stein, We want serial numbers put on illegal immigrants draining our tax dollars. Legal, Voting, Taxpaying Citizens have made their voices heard loud and clear. Kentuckians are concerned with illegal immigration and education. Did Beshear call you in for another closed door meeting and demand this bill be put on the table too? Legislatures make better puppets than Jim Hansen ever thought of.

    Constitutionality

Funny. I predicted Stein wouldn't reply to me, but I was wrong. I got something worse: a non-reply. She made some general comments but never offered any constitutional explanation. Typical. The Constitution is just a piece of paper.

    Making a hollow point

New York and Maryland already have a similar system in place. All firearms owned in those states have to have a fired casing on file with the state. This is supposed to make it easier for the police to track and prosecute gun crime. Anyone want to guess how many crimes have been solved with these laws? This is nothing more than a veiled attempt to legislate the shooting sports out of existence by forcing ammunition prices out of range. It also makes self defense too expensive for the poor. If they cannot afford ammunition, how can they defend their children from attack? Won't somebody think of the children?!?

    HB-715

I hope this bill and legisation will pass, there nothing wrong with serial numbers i.d.'s on firearms bullets, this could help law enforcement in dealing with guns crimes in kentucky.

    Stien should be impeached

Don't you get it yet, the legal gun owners aren't the ones committing crimes. The idiots shooting people aren't going to buy serial number bullets, they will buy from the black market..duhhhh?!^#&@ crimes don't produced the registered guns, when will you idiots learn, you are only punishing the law abiding citizens.... do your homework stein or get out of office

    Crazy

This is just the first step to disarming the population. You know how well that worked in England. They have had a civil war going on in Ireland for 2 generations, but of course they don't have guns........... Feel good legislation that won't solve any crime, but it will make homes safer for burglars to rob once honest citizens can no longer defend themselves.

    HB-715

GREAT GREAT IDEA ,NEED MORE LIKE THIS.This legisation is not in any way talking about taking away anyones guns or firearms. It only purpose is to put a id serial number on firearms bullets , that could help police / law enforcement id and track gun crimes.
