Why do we continue to elect these sort of politicians to office? It's one thing to allow these delinquent fees to be collected by the DOR but to allow them to profit with a 20% additional tax, and allow the seizure of personal property, how Orwellian. It is my sincere hope that the voters in Rep. Denham's district will take him to task for this sort of legislation and remind him of exactly who he is supposed to be serving, or vote him out of office.
