    Head of Household

Why not broaden the definition to include Head of Household. The federal income tax has a Head of Household category. This would also broaden health insurance coverage to include anyone living in the same household. This would allow older parents, including retirees, of 18 years old and over children who are living at home but have no way of getting their own health insurance. The US Constitution requires that government provide for the safety, security, liberty and happiness of the people. No conditions or exceptions are attached. Get with it legislators. We didn't vote for despotism by legislation. As the cannabis inspired James Madison wrote in Federalist Paper 48, "An elective despotism was not the government we fought for."
