    Introduced in the House on February 4, 2008, to require all operators of personal watercraft or motor boats born after January 1, 1991, to have a safe boating certificate

    The vote was 70 in favor, 27 opposed and 2 not voting

    Where have you been? Our lake in KY requires the certificate for young boaters already!
