Introduced in the Senate on January 8, 2008, to require landowner to get a limited sand and gravel permit for extraction operations of under one acre and prohibit resale of gravel extracted under such circumstances

As long as it's not zoned in a way that prevents it, prior to the owner buying the property, the land owner should be allowed to do whatever they want with their property.
