Something tells me HR 45 might have something to do with this bill. This is a beautiful thing about our US constitution, and the fact that 30 some odd states have already introduced such legislation into their committees showcases the tyranny that the federal government is recently becoming quite adept at imposing, and the backlash from the states as a result. Please pass HCR 168 for our liberty!

Then they need to hear from their constituents that they had better get around to caring, or get booted out of office.

It is doubtful our State has the guts to stand up to the Federal Government and say 'No' on any number of issues. But declaring Sovereignty under the 10th Amendment to the US Constitution is a fine start. Now if we could only Secede.
