PLEASE DO NOT LET TAXES BE INCREASED on cigarettes. My husband and I both smoke, and have tried to quit many times. Please do not punish us financially anymore for this. We have raised four intelligent children, who do not smoke and they even understand that we can not quit. Please take this into consideration. Thanks
