2008 Senate Bill 75: Require KEES recipients to be stay on-track to graduate for full award

Substitute offered in the Senate on January 17, 2008 To require that students qualify for renewal of their Kentucky education excellence scholarships beyond the second award period if they have at least a 2.5 grade point average and are on-track to graduate or have a 3.0 or better. The substitute reduces the awards to 50 percent of any student who has at least a 2.5 grade point average but less than 3.0 and is not on track to graduate.
