1) Attorney [by Todd K. Bolus on January 19, 2008] The emphasis on not having child witnesses face the accused is bothersome to me. I've seen too many cases of manipulation where there are intense domestic conflicts between adults to give a pass on the constitutional right to confront and cross-examine.
