  • Introduced by Rep. Larry Clark on February 20, 2008, to expand authorization of the sale of wine to some grocery stores with at least 10,000 square feet of space and with minimum inventory of $20,000 of fresh meat, fresh produce, frozen food, and dairy products and establish license fees. The bill also allows sampling of wine in grocery stores.
