Amend this legislation to include Superintendents and School Boards personnel. It appears to me Superintendents are very will paid by taxpayers yet no one but school boards seems to half way monitor their duties and responsibilities. Taxpayers need more assurance of such highly paid professionals' work performance, than just school boards who seem to rely more on allowing superintendents telling them what to do.

why do we need evaluation at all? can we fire a teacher for a low evaluation? what does a low evaluation mean to the teacher?
