2008 House Bill 38: Develop application process for new small business tax credit
Introduced by Rep. Tanya Pullin (D) on January 8, 2008 To create an application process for a new tax credit program for certain small businesses to be applied against state income taxes or the limited liability entity tax. Eligibility for the credit would be based on employing at least one new employee for twelve months and spending at least $5000 for "qualifying equipment or technology" as determined by the Division of Small Business Services. Other unspecified requirements may be deemed necessary by the division.   Official Text and Analysis.
