It's time you get off the smokers back; however, it's time to pick on alcohol drinkers. The problem being it might hurt your pocket there.
The big parties you all attend serve the alcohol and your pocket might get hit. Want bigger taxes raise candy tax. Obesity is a big problem in America.
Stop fraud and start looking to cut money from the welfare systems. Giving money to alcohol and drug abuse checks. Make them work for the money you give them or don't give them a check for nothing. That is what is wrong with the USA already let's work for nothing while the goverment can pay you to get drunk and to continue to use drugs.......

If legislators who're presiding over a deficit budget want to exempt military personnel serving in Iraq and Afganistan from state income tax only exempt those military personnel who have documented injuries from serving.

KY actually cannot afford this exemption due to irresponsible handling of it's funding by General Assembly over past 25 years!
