Okay, so, I presume the reason here is because this regulatory body will be controlled by some state board who will collect fees? Because I really don't see why we need a regulatory body for prosthetics. Help, my artificial leg isn't quite right -- it only lets me run at 3 miles per hour instead of 4? Meanwhile, it will jack up the cost for the services covered in this proposal.
