2008 House Bill 130: Require licensing of denturists
Introduced by Rep. Thomas J. Burch (D) on January 8, 2008 To repeal the prohibition of providing dentures without a dental license. The bill also defines "denturist" as a service provider who makes or provides dentures to the public and requires practitioners to obtain a denturity license. The bill creates training and continuing education requirements for denturists and allows practitioners of denturity to be grandfathered in to a Kentucky license.   Official Text and Analysis.
