First, demand state collect all due-and-owing unpaid tax bills before granting a tax holiday! Kentucky does not have enough tax revenues today to underwrite all of its current services and benefits!!!!

Collect unpaid-due-and-owing state usage and property taxes from Kentucky car owners who're circumventing paying an estimated $100 million in owed tax revenues---before declaring a tax holiday of any king!

It is about time that Kentucky "get with the program." Other states have done this for years and I have never been able to understand why our state didn't offer this.

How about a gas tax holiday around Memorial Day weekend? People without kids might want a tax break if they are being passed around.
