WHY? I READ THE NEWSPAPERS AND A COUNTY EMPLOYEE HAD HIS PROPERTY VALUE RAISED BECAUSE IT WAS THOUGHT THE COUNTY OR STATE WOULD BUY HIS PROPERTY. THEY DIDN'T AND IT MADE ME FEEL HE GOT WHAT HE DESERVED A HIGHER TAX BILL. I'M WONDERING IF HE HAD THE VALUE LOWERED NOW. WHY WOULDN'T STATE EMPLOYEES DO THE SAME? DON'T EVERYONE AGREE ON THIS ONE? WON'T MENTION NAMES, BUT IT CAN BE PROVEN
