I would agree to the banning of the eating of horse meat as long as the eating of RINOs is mandated instead. But one doubts that Senator Buford would sponsor such a bill as he would be one of the first to be consumed.

If this becomes law what will all the horse eating capons of the State Senate eat?

I wouldn't eat horse meat. However, who is this legislator to tell someone else that he can't eat horse meat? This can only be boiled down to one thing - the legislator, Buford, finds it repugnant and as such is attempting to legislate his taste to deny others the right to eat as they see fit.
