This bill was a great bill. My opposition was to the current practices not to this bill. Please do not withdraw the bill.This bill is ideal for limousine operations.

2) certificate of public convenience [by duncanhines on February 27, 2007]
This certificate creates unfair trade in the limousine business. Anyone who is seen fit to operate a limousine business should be able to operate. This certificate allows for others to say that you can not operate. The certificate of convenience needs to be completely eliminated.Oppose monopolies ... oppose this section of the bill.
