Introduced by Rep. Jon Draud (R) on January 2, 2007, to require Circuit Clerks to extend the hours of operation of driver's license testing centers by being open two evenings or two Saturdays per month.

There are rsponsibilities that a citizen has, one of which is playing by the rules. Rules can be hours of operation that everyone knows and must abide by. Its no big deal to take time once every four years to get your license!!
