The bill should probably include a reference to permit the Unified English Braille Code for the visually impaired.

The proposed statute is a very bad idea. Government publications should be available in several languages. The purpose of government is to serve the citizens, not the other way around.

If immigrants want to be and live in The U.S., then learn to read, write and speak American English.
