Introduced by Rep. Stan Lee (R) on January 3, 2006, to require that the minimum qualifications for admission to a public postsecondary institution shall require a person to be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident, or meet other specified requirements. The bill would create the same requirements in order for individuals to qualify for early childhood education scholarships, postsecondary grants and scholarships, College Access program grants, Teacher Scholarship program grants, Kentucky Tuition Grant program assistance and KEES scholarships.
