Introduced by Rep. Joni L. Jenkins (D) on January 4, 2006, to require applicants for public financial and medical assistance to identify their employers. The bill would establish reporting requirements and would require that the report be made available to the public upon request.

What purpose does this serve. I don't see where a employer should be required to provide health care If he does it a benfit. I also think the gov. should stay out of health field.All Frankfort has done is screw things up/
