Introduced by Sen. Tom Buford (R) on January 4, 2005, To allow state employees and public school employees the option to waive state-provided health insurance coverage in exchange for receive a contribution of no less than two hundred twenty dollars $220 per month to deposit in a health care flexible spending account. Funds remaining in the account at the end of the year would revert to the state-sponsored health insurance plan..

Workers should be able to continue to keep this considering they don't get raises like someone with a non-Governement jobs and put a lot of hours they don't get paid for.
